– 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened (339g) – 3 cups (600g) sugar – 5 large eggs, room temperature  – 3 cups (342 g) cake flour  – ½ teaspoon (2)g baking powder – ½ teaspoon (3g) salt – ¾ cup (176 g) buttermilk – ¼ cup Key Lime Juice from concentrate  – 3 tablespoons lime zest  – 2 cups confectioners sugar  – 3 tablespoons key lime juice  – pinch of salt – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Coat a tube pan with butter and flour.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

The cake flour, baking powder, and salt should be mixed together in a separate basin using a whisk, and then set aside for later use.

When using a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment to cream the butter on medium speed until it is completely smooth. Another option is to use an electric mixer.

After that, add the sugar in a slow and steady stream while continuing to beat for three to five minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and light.

Each time you add an egg, blend it in until the yolk is fully mixed in.To the ¾ cup of buttermilk, add the key lime juice and zest.

While the mixer is operating at a low speed, add the flour combination to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture that is already in the mixing bowl in alternating fashion with the buttermilk.

 With the dry components, start and finish the process. The dry ingredients are added three times, and then the wet ingredients are added twice in a row.

Fill the bundt pan with batter.Put it in the oven at 325 degrees for an hour and five to ten minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Baking times can be different.About 8 cups of batter are made this way.Wait 10 minutes in the pan to cool down before taking it out.
